Today was just one of those great days.  The fifth grade students had a good practice for their Spring Program.  We had absolutely beautiful weather for our trip to Guffey’s farm to learn more about making maple syrup.  When we returned, I treated the students to their pizza party.  They earned the pizza party by getting Laurelville Elementary in the top 50 of the World Maths Day challenge (briefly, but we were there!) and every student received a certificate recognizing  their individual achievement in the challenge.

You’re right, Hannah H., hard work does pay off!
