Golden Rules for Living

I have posted these Golden Rules before, but as we begin a new school year, I thought it would be a good idea to post them again- a reminder that they are rules that we ALL should follow.  Really, think about it.  Wouldn’t your world be a better place if everyone followed these rules?

Golden Rules for Living

*If you open it, close it.

*If you turn it on, turn it off.

*If you unlock it, lock it up.

*If you break it, admit it.

*If you can’t fix it, call someone who can.

*If you borrow it, return it.

*If you value it, take care of it.

*If you make a mess, clean it up.

*If you move it, put it back.

*If it belongs to someone else and you want to use it, get permission.

*If you don’t know how to operate it, leave it alone.

*If it’s none of your business, don’t ask questions.

*If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.

*If it will brighten someone’s day, say it.

*If it will tarnish someone’s reputation, keep it to yourself.

(thanks again to Ms. Martin for giving them to my daughter’s class two years ago!)

  1. Pacey your old student

I had to move to Mcarthur. I don’t like it here, and the teachers at this school don’t know what they’re teaching. I go to the middle school. Heidi + Vanessa know more if you need any further info. I miss Laurelville. Bye.
