We certainly have had our share of rain in southeastern Ohio.  Last night we were hit with another round of storms that created a lot of flooding and damage to homes and bridges.  Many students missed school today due to the flooding.  Our Art room at Laurelville (in the basement) had 6 inches of water last night!  Needless to say, today is kind of an unusual day at Laurelville.  Let’s hope the rain goes away and the clean-up can begin! 

The end of the year is also fast approaching!  Today the students of Laurelville will be entertained with the annual 6th grade students vs. staff basketball game.  This is always a lot of fun!  There are many other fun activities scheduled over the next 9 days, so be sure to check the calendar and read any announcements that are sent home!  Let’s have a GREAT end of the year!
