The last few weeks have been busy.  We have had a lot going on here at McDowell and I am late in posting a week in review.  You could probably say that I have procrastinated, which means I could also relate to Isaac’s post on procrastination.  If you are guilty of putting things off, you would enjoy reading Isaac’s post on McDowell Media.

Last week, in the United States, we celebrated Veterans Day.  On November 11, Americans honor the men and women who have served our country in our armed forces.  Hunter wrote a Veterans Day post after interviewing his dad who is a veteran.  I also wrote a post last year on Veterans Day about my own father, who was a veteran.

In Ohio, we have a lot of white-tailed deer and this weekend is an important weekend for our deer-hunting youth.  You can read Sidney’s post about Youth Gun Season in Ohio for more information.
